Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set a minimum of 12 quality appointments weekly for Marketing Executive
  • Have a minimum of 40 outgoing dials per day
  • Prepare contract and letter templates to be emailed to potential partners
  • Update call lists daily with current prospect status
  • Attend assigned conferences to obtain quality leads and contracts
  • Continually develop new lead strategies
  • Work cohesively with the Art Department on marketing collateral

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and relevant experience (1-2 years within a Sales or Marketing environment)

Physical Requirements:

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
  • Marketing Associates may spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
  • Associates may be required to lift and carry 10 to 50 pounds and assemble/disassemble trade shoot booth equipment

Travel Requirements:

  • The travel required for this position is 10% to 20%
