A day in the life:

  • You will be surveying customers via email and phone (asking things like “Who,” “what,” “where,” “why,” and sometimes, even “when?”)
  • You will use your keen marketing eyes to correct and enhance online business listings
  • You will be facilitating, managing, and monitoring online business reviews
  • You will schedule appointments with existing clients
  • You will be analyzing and organizing statistical information for presentation to clients
