A day in the life:

  • Responsible for overseeing clients throughout the Website Production Process
  • Work daily with clients to ensure satisfaction with product and seamless integration of client input
  • Effectively communicate with Account Managers on status of client’s website progress
  • Reach out to clients to check in on progress of website materials (content, photos, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings with clients to discuss website process
  • Aid in handling domain and hosting issues for client's websites

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time

  • Experience with domains and how websites operate
  • Customer service experience
  • Graphic and/or web design experience is a plus
