Proud and Honored to Join Group's First Trip to Country Since 1978

The delegation will participate in high-level government, business, and cultural exchanges over the course of several days. The Conference of Mayors last traveled to Cuba in 1978, and the government of Cuba is eager to receive this historic delegation.

In addition to Mr. Bartosiewicz, representatives from Comcast, Walmart, Waste Management, and Reynolds American will also be in attendance, along with the USCM delegation: Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Mayor of Baltimore, President; Mick Cornett, Mayor of Oklahoma City, Vice President; Mitch Landrieu, Mayor of New Orleans, Second Vice President; Tom Cochran, CEO & Executive Director; and Key USCM and City Staff.

Meetings with high-level Cuban officials will be arranged and included on the agenda. The USCM delegation and the business representatives will participate in the official meetings as arranged and approved by the government of Cuba.
